About the Role

As a Product Portfolio Leader, you will drive a portfolio of leading products that provides a competitive advantage. You will be managing relationships with stakeholders across our supply chain.

  • Ensure product portfolios are customer-led and provide a distinct competitive advantage through regular range reviews for optimization and new product opportunities.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance by negotiating commercial terms.
  • Drive product innovation and development from concept to launch, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Develop industry relationships to stay up-to-date on ongoing innovation and disruption.
  • Provide insights and reporting on product portfolios using Excel and Power BI, analyzing results to identify trends and impacts.
  • Develop procurement plans to ensure efficient supply of products.
  • Put customers at the heart of everything you do, helping us build long-term customer relationships.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar product management role, with related experience in retail, procurement, supply chain, and marketing considered.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment (trade/distribution customers) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a passion for mentoring, and strong presentation and engagement abilities.
  • A positive attitude, inquisitive nature, and desire to understand our business and products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, working with multiple stakeholders within the business and external vendors and suppliers.
  • Good Excel and Power BI skills.
