Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced marketer to take ownership of a key brand and product portfolio. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in shaping portfolio strategy, driving new product development (NPD), and ensuring profitability across consumer and trade channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and long-term growth strategy through market analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to bring plans to life across retail and channel activation, resulting in increased revenue and customer engagement.
  • Manage financial drivers, including pricing, margin, and mix optimization, to ensure business success.
  • Mentor and support a small team, building capability and pace through coaching and training.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries, with a proven track record in NPD, category management, and portfolio growth.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to link strategy with financial outcomes, driving business results.
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence, with a collaborative and low-ego style.
  • The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
