About the Role
  • Elevate our product portfolios by undertaking regular range reviews to optimize and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Nurture key supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms to achieve mutual success.
  • Pioneering product innovation and development, managing products from concept to launch in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish strategic relationships within the industry to stay informed about ongoing trends and disruptions.
  • Provide data-driven insights on product portfolios using Excel and Power BI, analyzing results to inform business decisions.
  • Develop procurement plans that ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Customer-centricity is at the heart of everything we do, aiming to build lasting relationships with customers.
About You
  • Demonstrate experience in similar category management roles, with related experience in retail, procurement, supply chain, and marketing considered valuable.
  • Experience working in B2B environments (trade/distribution customers) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and audience engagement.
  • A positive attitude and inquisitive nature, with a desire to understand our business and products.
  • Strong relationship building skills, collaborating with multiple stakeholders within the organization and external vendors/suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential.
