Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a commercial builder in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement, prepare and issue subcontracts
  • Track and forecast budgets, and report on costs
  • Administer head contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Support project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
  • Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Experience as a CA in commercial construction
  • Solid knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the delivery team
