In this pivotal role, you will provide technical expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment on our construction site. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate logistics and support project delivery.

About the Job
  • Coordinate the mobilization and deployment of heavy plant and equipment for piling, foundations, and bridge construction.
  • Monitor plant utilization and performance, implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical advice on plant selection, capabilities, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics teams to manage plant operations and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure accurate records of inspections, servicing, compliance, and utilization are maintained.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in plant engineering, civil, or infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of heavy plant and equipment used in foundations and bridge construction.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings, plant specifications, and maintenance schedules.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders.
