Procurement Manager

We are recruiting for a commercial construction role where you will be a key member of the team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure efficient project delivery.
This is an opportunity to work with a reputable builder in the Adelaide market, delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.
You will be responsible for managing procurement, preparing and issuing subcontracts, tracking and forecasting budgets, administering head contracts, variations, and progress claims.
- Manage procurement, prepare and issue subcontracts
- Track and forecast budgets, as well as report on costs
- Administer head contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Support project delivery from pre-construction to handover
- Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork
- Experience in a CA role within commercial construction
- Solid knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the delivery team
- Great variety of projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and more
- Tight-knit, supportive team with solid systems and leadership
- No egos, just good people doing quality work
