We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic Transaction Advisory Services team as a Transaction Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners to develop and implement strategic plans for client engagements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify key business drivers and performance metrics, and develop detailed reports to present to clients.
- Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
- Work closely with corporate and private equity clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Plan and strategize engagements, assess risk, and develop appropriate approaches to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and related financial data to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Draft comprehensive due diligence reports that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in transaction due diligence and a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and interpretation.
- Relevant tertiary degree with an Accounting Major and a strong academic record.
- Strong report-writing abilities and excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
