The Role

This is a 6-Month Fixed-Term position that will provide administrative and project support to the Centacare Services HR Transactional Services team and core stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day processing of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services, employee compliance, employee variations, Inbox management, and providing a high level of administrative support.

Key Duties
  • Provide high-level end-to-end recruitment administrative support
  • Provide day-to-day general HR Transactional Administrative support to all Centacare business functions and work streams
  • Manage and maintain all employee compliance, including Key Personnel in accordance with funding requirements and organizational policy
  • Provide high levels of customer service and relationship management & partnership where necessary
  • Manage and maintain HR systems on a day-to-day basis
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration
  • Maintenance and management experience in HR systems is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and legislative requirements
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to obtain and pass a Police Check
