About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our International and Transaction Tax Services team at Iris Software. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert tax structuring advice to a diverse range of clients, including large multinational listed and private bodies, mainly in the property and infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on domestic and international tax matters and providing high-quality technical tax advice
- Preparing tax opinions regarding fund structures and various capital structures
- Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Providing support and guidance to junior team members
- Staying up-to-date with tax law changes and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Laws, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, or other relevant certifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in tax
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
