We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Transaction Management professional to join our Infrastructure Advisory team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust procurement strategies for major infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project outcomes and minimizing delivery risks.
  • Lead transaction management on capital projects, setting up projects for success by managing the procurement process.
  • Provide expert contract management services to clients, from initial contract setup to managing variations and claims.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on procurement and contract management matters.
  • Contribute to business development and practice development, identifying opportunities to grow our services and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Cultural fit: You will be a self-starter, comfortable in turning ambiguous requirements into well-orchestrated solutions, and proactive in seeking support from the team.
  • Professional qualifications: Relevant qualifications in procurement, project management, or quantity surveying, such as CIPS, RICS, or AIPM.
  • Experience: Senior project management, quantity surveying, commercial/contract management, or procurement experience on large capital programs and projects, preferably in the property construction or infrastructure construction sectors.
  • Ability to work in an advisory role, providing consulting services to organizations, and think on your feet to deal with uncertainty.
