RACV is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Consultant to join its team in Melbourne, Victoria. This role will be responsible for developing and shaping analysis-driven strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.

About the Role:

  • Interrogate and transform internal and external data into compelling business cases that align with enterprise goals.
  • Retain a cross-portfolio perspective to drive member-led initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Support the development of enterprise-level frameworks, including segmentation, value propositions, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with creating regular reports that communicate RACV's performance and quantify changes resultant from implemented strategies.
  • Build and maintain external benchmarks for performance comparison.
  • Document work to facilitate easy handover and post-completion reviews.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in data-led strategy development and customer analytics.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline, such as commerce or marketing.
  • Hands-on ability to manipulate and analyze data across multiple sources.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with senior audiences.
  • Participated in strategic projects from scoping through to execution.
