Job Summary

The Service Delivery Supervisor role at CEVA Logistics is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of Storepersons and provide effective customer support services to a major telecommunications customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries, orders, and returns, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, lost, or missing items, and support customer communication throughout the process.
  • Manage daily order volumes to ensure timely completion in a safe and secure manner.

Requirements

  • Direct or relatable experience supervising a customer service support team, preferably in logistics and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer service, and influencing skills.
  • Sound problem-solving capability, commercial acumen, and ability to extract insights from data.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
