We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our maritime products. The ideal candidate will execute and manage maintenance to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to maintain XL autonomous underwater vehicles.
  • Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for test and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Guide the development of maintenance documentation, including manuals and standard practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.
  • Analyze maintenance data and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Suitable trade or engineering qualification.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in maintenance management, in a high-tech industry.
  • Proven experience in influencing and engaging customers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
