About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People, Culture and Capability to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success through effective people management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, talent development, and organizational excellence. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on a range of HR-related matters, including employee relations, change management, recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and managers
  • Lead and manage the development of talent within the organization
  • Implement and maintain effective employee relations and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs

Requirements
