Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting business growth by optimizing service levels, inventory, and profitability
  • Driving improvements in Supply Planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Developing replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
  • APICS or similar industry certification
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
