Logistics Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Optimization Specialist to lead our Australian fulfillment network strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with expertise in streamlining supply chain operations and enhancing delivery efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to consolidate shipments, reduce costs, and improve network flow
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize packaging utilization, delivery times, and customer satisfaction
- Create data-driven forecasting models to inform consolidation and capacity planning decisions
- Collaborate with teams to integrate new sites into the network, focusing on consolidation best practices
- Analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations
This role demands advanced analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities, as well as strategic thinking to balance competing priorities.
Requirements:- Proficiency in Excel/SQL and experience with data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Professional experience in supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, or e-commerce industries
The ideal candidate has experience driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and defining program requirements using data and metrics to determine improvements.
