Job Overview

This role focuses on optimizing inventory across Australia, working closely with commercial teams to manage supply issues and drive strategic stock planning. Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting inventory variances, communicating with commercial teams for supply issues, owning the inventory plans and driving optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report inventory variances to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with commercial teams to resolve supply issues and lead commercial meetings.
  • Develop and implement optimized inventory plans to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage back orders and communicate closely with commercial teams to mitigate risks.
  • Lead strategic stock planning initiatives to address supply chain challenges.
  • Oversee order management, monitor Inbound PO's, and collaborate with global logistics and transportation teams.
  • Design and maintain reports for commercial teams, including transfer orders.
  • Coordinate product launches to ensure timely and successful execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Supply Chain.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to work with them efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge in a similar role.
  • Effective time management skills, customer focus, and adaptability.
