Facility Manager

We seek an experienced professional to lead our facilities team in a dynamic and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee tenancy management tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules to maintain high standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants to promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Provide on-call support outside business hours to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of homelessness issues and relevant legislation.
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate or willingness to undertake training.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
