Job Description

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving product development and delivery. This individual collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of new product initiatives, aligning with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading internal teams to guarantee timely product development activities.
  • Overseeing the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Collaborating with operational teams for product roll-out readiness, including customer service, fulfillment, and post-launch support.
  • Ensuring quality control and testing processes meet product standards and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3-7 years of experience in product management or delivery, emphasizing execution and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise working in telecommunications or technology sectors, with a proven track record of leading product development and delivery efforts.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, holding them accountable to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to tailor advice to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
