Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to embark on a rewarding career in the entertainment industry. As a Cinema Worker Junior, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cinema complex, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the cinema complex.
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation.
  • Stock replenishment, in accordance with merchandising planogram.
  • Conduct ticket checks and provide assistance to customers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions as designated by EVT.
  • Participate in fire and emergency training and procedures.
  • May undertake cash handling training under supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
