Cinema Leadership Opportunity

Role Overview:
As a highly motivated and experienced individual, you will take on a key leadership role within our cinema operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Management Team, your primary responsibility will be to lead by example, delivering exceptional service standards while ensuring seamless operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams in the absence of senior management
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling duties
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to existing and new team members
- Address customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain focus on customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members and customers
- Communicate and implement company policies and procedures on shift
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a cinema environment at level 3 or above
- Proficiency in all front-of-house departments, with strong cash handling skills
- Excellent computer literacy and technical ability
- Alignment with our organisational values and purpose
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
