This is an exciting opportunity to manage key customer relationships within the durable consumer channel. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong partnerships with national accounts to drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with national accounts to drive business growth.
- Leverage industry insights and market trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance offerings.
- Provide dedicated support to key major account customers.
- Analyse sales and scan data to develop strategies for sustainable, profitable brand growth.
- Execute promotional programs and account plans aligned with trade spend budgets.
- Track account performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in account management within FMCG, hardware, or retail sectors, with a strong record of commercial success.
- Strategic and commercially savvy, with the ability to create and implement growth-focused business plans.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills, including leading Joint Business Planning (JBP).
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with a data-driven mindset for opportunity identification and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking (strong diagnostic / numeracy skills)
- High attention to detail
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
