Overview

  • A rapidly growing MedTech company with global reach has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Support Specialist to join their team.

About the Opportunity

  • This is a permanent, full-time role located in St Leonards.
  • The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and agile team supporting daily operations and being the first point of contact with global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Utilise inventory control systems and order office supplies as required.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams locally and overseas, primarily sales, marketing, and dispatch.
  • Execute order-to-cash activities for all customer orders.
  • Built relationships with customers, sharing product knowledge to enhance brand visibility.
  • Schedule internal client meetings and assist with event organisation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service in a medical device or biotechnology environment is highly valued but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of empathy and a desire to improve the customer experience are crucial.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability are also essential.
