We are seeking an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver unparalleled guest experiences.

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the bar, maximizing financial returns and driving team development.
  • Establish performance goals, provide coaching, and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
  • Oversee staffing requirements, plan work, and establish performance expectations to ensure budget control.
  • Educate and train team members on governmental regulations and company policies.
  • Promote teamwork, quality service, and maintain compliance with brand standards.
  • Demonstrate customer-centric approach by collaborating with colleagues to improve guest satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management or related field plus 4+ years of experience in management/supervisory roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of wines, beer, spirits, and whisky.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work in a luxury resort environment.
