Hospitality Leader

As a key member of our hospitality team, the Bar Manager plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This dynamic individual will oversee the daily operations of our bars, ensuring seamless execution of events and regular business activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing performance goals and development plans for team members to drive productivity and engagement.
- Implementing and managing staffing strategies to meet changing demand, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and whisky to create innovative cocktails that exceed customers' expectations.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in bar management, including leadership and supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
