We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant (Casual). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences across our restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring every moment of their experience is seamless.
- Offer tailored food and beverage recommendations, taking into account guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
- A minimum of six months' experience in a large food and beverage operation, preferably in a luxury resort or elevated dining environment.
- A genuine passion for creating dining experiences that exceed guest expectations, with a keen eye for detail and a love of recommending beverages and other offerings that pair perfectly with our menus.
- Strong multitasking skills, with experience in table service, a la carte dining, cleaning, and supporting multiple outlets as needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays, across a seven-day roster.
