Job Title: Sales Development Professional
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Professional to drive business growth through effective account management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop targeted strategies to increase sales revenue within the customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to assess satisfaction and provide solutions.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to meet monthly targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and other team members to align on sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Promote exceptional customer service across project, branch, and operational teams.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical knowledge is essential.
- A proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all current and prospective customers.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Datacom experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
