About the Role

The role of Lead Consultant, Industrial Relations, is a key position within our client's Industrial Relations function, requiring expertise in data analytics, validation, and modeling in the HR, payroll, and industrial relations domains.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and legislative requirements, with a focus on complex payroll systems and tools. They should be familiar with the Australian Industrial Relations system and its obligations, with a proven track record in managing payroll processes, analyzing payroll data, and ensuring governance and compliance with Enterprise Agreements and legal obligations.

The candidate should also have experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex payroll systems, ensuring alignment with industrial relations obligations, and possess strong analytical and assessment skills across payroll and industrial relations responsibilities.

About You

  • Proven expertise in working with large and complex data sets, with a focus on data analytics, validation, and modeling in the HR, payroll, and industrial relations domains.
  • Extensive experience in ensuring compliance with payroll systems and industrial relations obligations through data-driven insights.
  • Agile and adaptable, with hands-on experience collaborating across various teams while effectively managing multiple tasks, challenges, and shifting priorities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, enabling the clear communication of complex data insights and solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers across different organizational levels.
