Job Opportunity

  • As a key player in shaping an exceptional, people-driven culture you will play a pivotal role.
  • Partner with client groups on all matters, providing professional and business-focused support;
  • Contribute to an outstanding recruitment function;
  • Advise and support leaders in HR practices;
  • Manage and resolve employment relations issues under the guidance of the HR Manager;
  • Participate in HR reporting and analytics;
  • Lead improvement projects (culture and wellbeing initiatives, policy reviews, engagement activities).

  • Experienced HR professional with a passion for people, culture, and process improvements;
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role;
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience in change management and process improvement;
  • Intermediate MS Office and previous HRIS system experience;
  • Solid understanding of contemporary workplace relations;
  • Influencing and coaching capabilities.

  • National Police check is a requirement of this role.
