Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned Culture and Engagement Manager to lead our people initiatives and drive business results.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance employee engagement and loyalty.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure compliance with cultural policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance on ER/IR matters, including grievances, complaints, and investigations.
  • Design and deliver employee recognition and performance initiatives to drive morale and productivity.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide HR support to drive business outcomes.
  • Champion employee engagement and workplace culture through proactive initiatives and programs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced workforce as an HR generalist or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse workforces in regulated environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present and train face-to-face with large groups.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building cultures.
