About the Role

A unique opportunity exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our Centre Management team. This role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage centre rent collections and process workflows
  • Maintain databases and perform account reconciliations
  • Process non-automated cash receipts and reconcile gift card takings
  • Complete petty cash reconciliations and manage Tenant Public Liability Insurances

Requirements

  • Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
  • Good working knowledge of rent management and collection
  • Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to interpret a budget
