About the Role
A unique opportunity exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our Centre Management team. This role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage centre rent collections and process workflows
- Maintain databases and perform account reconciliations
- Process non-automated cash receipts and reconcile gift card takings
- Complete petty cash reconciliations and manage Tenant Public Liability Insurances
Requirements
- Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
- Good working knowledge of rent management and collection
- Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to interpret a budget
