Requirements

  • Previous experience in a facilities or operations role, preferably in a shopping centre environment.
  • Excellent contractor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and understand technical data, including plans and specifications.
  • Ability to structure and lead external service provider teams, maximizing efficiency and performance.
