Job Title: Senior Video Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the development of cutting-edge video infrastructure and AI-powered services.

  • Lead a team of engineers responsible for building scalable video infrastructure and AI-powered services.
  • Develop and implement the technical roadmap for video understanding, transformation, inference pipelines, and system performance.
  • Promote innovative approaches to leveraging backend capabilities for AI/ML teams to conduct exploratory R&D.
  • Collaborate across specialties to deliver advanced editing tools for end users.
  • Advocate best practices in software development and system design.
  • Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching and feedback.

In this role, you will lead a backend team shaping the future of intelligent video editing.
