Job Summary

This position involves leading a team of research scientists specializing in video generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining research agendas aligned with product goals, particularly in AI-driven video creation.

  • Team Leadership: Coaching and mentoring a team of research scientists to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strategic Direction: Defining research objectives that drive product innovation and growth.
  • Technical Oversight: Guiding the development of models utilizing diffusion transformers, GANs, and autoregressive architectures for video and audio synthesis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into our platform.
  • Thought Leadership: Representing our organization in the AI research community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, a strong track record of translating research into scalable user-facing products, and effective communication skills. They should also be passionate about applying AI to enhance user experiences and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
