Senior Video Content Producer

Join a team to lead video production and deliver outstanding content.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Video Content Producer to join our organization. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our most exciting video projects.

This is a hands-on, senior role that blends creative thinking, production expertise, and commercial insight to deliver standout video content across TVCs, social campaigns, case studies, testimonials, animation and more.

  • You will oversee the entire production process from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all video projects.
  • You will create and manage production schedules and budgets, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • You will oversee the post-production process, ensuring the final product aligns with the creative vision and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the video production industry and current content trends.

You will excel at leading and developing creative concepts, providing innovative solutions, and managing multiple stakeholders.

You will build strong client relationships, delivering a high level of customer service, and maintain high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the production process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all video projects.
  • Create and manage production schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Oversee the post-production process.
  • Provide final approvals on edits.
  • Work closely with clients and wider production team to develop and refine video concepts.
  • Maintain the creative vision throughout the production process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems during the production process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a producer role.
  • A strong creative vision and a deep understanding of the video production industry and current content trends.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to build strong client relationships and deliver a high level of customer service.
