Job Opportunity

This is a key leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of video editing.

As a senior technical leader within Motion and Video AI, you'll oversee a team shaping the future of intelligent video editing. You'll drive projects involving AI inference, media processing, and infrastructure, while collaborating closely with product, design, and AI researchers.

You'll also mentor engineers and build scalable systems that serve millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a backend team focused on building scalable video infrastructure and AI-powered services
  • Driving the technical roadmap for video understanding, transformation, inference pipelines, and system performance
  • Collaborating across specialties to deliver innovative editing tools for end users
  • Growing engineering talent through coaching, feedback, and hiring

Key Strengths:

  • Backend engineering leadership and experience leading high-performing teams
  • Distributed systems expertise and strong technical background in APIs and infrastructure
  • Caching and talent development skills, with ability to coach and grow engineers
