Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Minor Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to take on a key role in the management of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting open homes and private viewings to showcase our properties to potential tenants.
  • Preparing and conducting regular property inspections to ensure our properties are well-maintained.
  • Processing and approving rental applications, including conducting thorough reference checks.
  • Preparing and executing lease agreements to ensure a smooth tenancy experience.
  • Creating and distributing marketing materials to promote our rental properties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and clients.
  • Administering the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing keys and access.
  • Utilizing industry-leading software to manage our properties and streamline our operations.
  • Collaborating with our senior property manager to ensure the successful management of our properties.

Requirements:

  • Current real estate registration or willingness to obtain.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as office administration or property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
