Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate open houses and private viewings
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Evaluate and approve rental applications, including thorough reference checks
  • Draft and finalize lease agreements
  • Create marketing materials for available rental properties
  • Showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Compile entry inspection reports as necessary
  • Utilize property management software and tools
  • Oversee leasing and property transition processes
  • Assist the Senior Property Manager with additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • Valid Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or reception
  • A positive demeanor and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Strong and professional communication abilities
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Availability for full-time work, Tuesday through Saturday.
