We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Property Management Assistant to become part of the esteemed Minor Hotels team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a career in property management, offering comprehensive training and support throughout your journey.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate open houses and private viewings
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Evaluate and approve rental applications, including thorough reference checks
- Draft and finalize lease agreements
- Create marketing materials for available rental properties
- Showcase properties to potential tenants
- Compile entry inspection reports as necessary
- Utilize property management software and tools
- Oversee leasing and property transition processes
- Assist the Senior Property Manager with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:
- Valid Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or reception
- A positive demeanor and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong and professional communication abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Availability for full-time work, Tuesday through Saturday.
