About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced property professional to provide high-quality support to our clients' finance and property management teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or property management and be proficient in MRI software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations
- Conduct tenant reconciliations in accordance with lease terms
- Process outgoings reconciliations and calculations
- Assist property managers with refunds, bonds, and bank guarantees
- Provide ad-hoc accounts assistance
- Support the wider team as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or property management
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Proficiency in MRI software
- Effective communication skills at all levels and ability to build professional relationships with tenants, lawyers, and colleagues
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
