Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the success of our roadside operations. As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of skilled professionals who deliver 24/7 breakdown assistance services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance across the network.
  • Mentor and coach teams to achieve outstanding service delivery in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback to provide insights and support for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors through regular engagement and operational discussions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and induction to ensure compliance and capability.
  • Oversee fleet procurement, utilisation, and audits to maximise efficiency and reliability.
  • Partner with contractors to strengthen engagement and ensure a sustainable, high-performing network.
