Job Title: IT Service Delivery Leader

The role of the IT Service Delivery Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services supporting Defence Theatre Logistics contracts. This professional will oversee all aspects of IT service delivery, guaranteeing alignment with predetermined service levels and ITSM frameworks like ITIL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT service delivery operations to ensure that agreed-upon service standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, internal stakeholders, and external clients to comprehend their needs and manage expectations effectively.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, including KPIs and SLAs, and drive improvements through regular service reviews.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, focusing on automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure service standards are maintained and manage contracts and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with significant experience in IT service delivery or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework; certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing global or multi-location IT service delivery environments.
  • Project or service management certifications (e.g., PMP) are considered valuable.
  • SAP ERP experience and Baseline or NV1 security clearance are advantageous.
