Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Sales Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth within the Access brand.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with customers, and a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
Sales Growth Responsibilities
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold and warm lead outbound calling, and other strategies.
- Prepare customer quotes and provide technical information regarding Access' products.
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value.
- Work alongside our Sales and Operations teams to achieve targeted business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience within the Hire industry or another industry similar would be highly advantageous but is not necessary for the right person.
- A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
- Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success.

About Our Location
Located in Wingfield, this office-based role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm.
