Strategic Migration Professional

The payments and financial wellbeing of business customers and communities rely heavily on the Migration Strategy Team's efforts. This team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions and effective solutions for our merchants.

We are committed to providing dedicated support to our strategic merchants, focusing on their transition onto our future state platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management expertise to oversee the transition of merchant customers from current to future state platforms, including hardware swap-outs and software upgrades.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer-specific requirements and communicate these specifications to product teams.
  • Act as a single point of contact for merchant customers, supporting transition activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and video conferencing channels.
  • Offer technical and implementation-related support to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through post-implementation support services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee alignment and delivery.
  • Support colleagues in achieving service and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to multitask and master new technologies.
  • Effective handling of customer complaints; resilience is key.
  • A strong risk mindset and proactive approach to personal and team development.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and familiarity with tools to enable effective transitions.
