About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Grill'd in the Sydney CBD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and great burgers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Prioritize product quality, efficient processes, comprehensive training, safety, and employee satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and ensure utmost customer satisfaction through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Coach team members through workshops and online training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance and uphold high standards of customer service and food quality.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
