Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR leadership role, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Outgoing and people-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • NSW Return to Work Coordinator certification, with knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Hospitality Industry General Award.
  • Full, valid Australian working rights.
