We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Administrator/Graduate to support our HR team in Adelaide.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their knowledge and skills in HR, with opportunities to gain exposure to day-to-day operations and develop their own skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end candidate recruitment and onboarding process, providing highly accurate and timely administration to support the HR team, and assisting with HR projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating medicals, police checks, and licenses and ticket verifications;
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including reporting, maintaining spreadsheets, and records management;
  • Assisting with recruitment, performance management, and remuneration;
  • Supporting projects and employees with HR-related queries and tasks.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve goals, a desire to upskill and develop skillsets across a broad range of functions, and an ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary HR qualification (or equivalent);
  • Experience in a similar role (highly desirable);
  • Ability to competently use Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with a HRIS system or similar program (highly regarded).
