About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Specialist to support our store team across the Festive Season.

As a Retail Specialist, you will embody our desire to engage customers and provide exceptional customer service. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.

In demonstrating products that address customer needs, you will deliver an inclusive customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers, processing sales and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented.

The Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to communicate with warmth and sincerity
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
  • An interest to learn product knowledge

This is a part-time position operating on an on-site working pattern.
