About You- For this role, you must hold a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology with at least 5 years of experience. Alternatively, you can have a Masters Degree in Psychology.

- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce effectively.
