About You- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (5th year completed - Masters Degree for Psychology applicants)
- Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

- Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
- Up to 8 days of additional leave a year – 4 "YOU" days of extra leave, pet leave, and volunteering leave as well as paid study leave
- Benefit from paid study leave and experienced mentorship - all managers have 5 – 30 years' experience
