We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver assessments and counseling to individuals navigating complex rehabilitation plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work or Psychology, and registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC.
- Deliver assessments & counseling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career.
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work.
